INTRODUCTION
Fire is the rapio oxidation of materials in the exthomic
chemical process of combustion product.
More –over IT can
also be define as the rapio combination of these substances resulting in the
production of heat and light, or is a chemical reaction of three efficient which
normally chent fuel and oxygen, resulting in the production of heat and light.
For fore to start
three conditions must to meet at the same time and the conditions can be graphically
illustrated below:

- are materials that
burn in the high temperature, the easier and quicker they burn.
The convene example are
a- Solvent
such as acetone, alcohols and toluene.
b- Gases –
such as acetytene propane – solids- such as woods & paper
c- Oxidizers
– are oxygen or other substances capable
of
releasing oxygen to a fire, common oxidezers includes, acids especially nitric
and perchloric acids, others are potassium permanganate & potassium chloric
acids.

break in urban Areas of Kebbi State.
THE
OBJECTIVES OF THE RESEARCH AREA AS FOLLOWS

to investigate the causes of fore out break in the
urban areas of Kebbi state.
(B)
To lay down strategies and plan of good fore
safety design with conscious analysis to prevent fore out breaks in the urban areas
(C)
To lay down procedures on how to preventive constant
control –fire out break in urban areas of Kebbi State.
1.3.
METHODOLOGY
The
procedure that has been adopted in carrying out this research work are: -
By using
reconds of the fire out break advent able with the Kebbi state fore service by
records Available with (SEMA) by conduting oral interview with professionals on
fore safety regulation in Kebbi state.
1.4.
SCOPE AND
LIMINATION OF THE RESEARCH
This research work will be conducted in kebbi state to high
the causes of fire out breaks, preventions and control
More – over this research work
will be conducted in Kebbi state to high light the causes of fire out breaks,
prevention and control
More – over this research work is
limited between the period of (2005, 2016 & 2017) respectively.
2.0. CHAPTER TWO LITERANTURE REVIEW
Couses, prevention & control
of fire out break in urban Areas is one of the basic need of any society, on

REVIEW OF
FIRE POLIOES IN NIGERIA
Past and

well as transforming agenda in order to ensure the sustainability of expected
expansion of the increase of people in Nigeria to safety for fore lecturers & englightment most to be

STATISTICAL
DATA NECESSARY FOR SYSTAINABLE DEVELOPEMT.
The importance of accurate statistical data a closer
collaraboration between the years of statistic and procedures of statistical information
of enable the nation attained the desired goals
The users of data should formed
an essential elements in government decision making process as timely stafiscal
information in apt to provide the basis for decision making in country.
The
statisticians should came up with appropriate include the application of mode
ICT tools, the national Bererau of statistic (NBS) is important to the ministry
of budget and national planning
In the statistical data necessary for
sustainable development, what should be implemented unless you can asses it you
need to measured it and the measurements is what the national berved of
statisfic does for us.
In
planning we need them, in implementation and the statistic should be on the
basis of which to assits our performance and determined how for we are going
that is why it is important.
The federal fire service and indeed it counter
parts the state level are data providers producing critical information
relating to fire and other forms of disaster their causes impacts of human
capacity and the economic and of course, putting in place adequate preventive
measures.
In every quarter of the year, the
national fire statistics data collation centre of the fire service provide
sueli detail statistic for Publix usage and for planning
