c.       Careless in using combustible substances

d.      Improper packing of i.e (Ranno)

e.       Careless in discarding of cigrate end

f.       Back boiler (during winter)

g.      Most people do not take fore preventation measures seriously which revel in high percentage of fore out break in most of the urban areas of kebbi state

1.      IMPROPER PACKING OF ANIMAL SEEDS

Considering the information from the oral interview conducted reveals that most of the farmers in the urban areas of kebbi state kept their animal seeds in their houses without proper arrangement and position.

He strictly states that lack of positioning and arrangement of animal seed in one of the most common factors that cause fire out breack in the urban areas of Kebbi State.

            Base on the response of the interview conducted the deputy director kebbi state fire service express that most of the common couse of fire out break in the urban areas of kebbi state in due to carelessness of the people loving in the environment. The started no matter which environment you do live, one has to know and understand how that environment environment can be safe from fire-out break.

a.      OVER LOADING OF ELECTRICAL JOINTS

b.      FAILURE IN THE GIVING SEROUS CONSIDERATION TO THE ADVICE ON SAFETY BY THE FIRE PREVENTION OFFICERS

            Base on the response of the interview conducted with deputy director kebbi state fire service reveals that in most cases fire out break usually occurred due to the failure of the gener all public in abiding by the rules and regulations giving by the fire safety officer which governs the state precaution to preventing faire out break.
